Although she has studied art for many years,
she has only recently became more professionally involved due
to career and family commitments. In the last year she has shown
her works in many local art shows and she has also participtated
in several seminars. She also entered some of her work at the
Gumtree Festival and even had one of her paintings photographed

| Bringing her various life experiences as a doctor,
wife, and mother into her art makes her work unique. She has
cared for and ministered to people during their happiest and
saddest times; through deaths, births, illness, accomplishments,
depressions, and times of healing. Whether capturing a child’s
joy on their first beach trip, or a cancer patient’s
expressions of sadness as they say goodbye, the emotional undertones
and moods are evident in her works as they are done by one
who has been there, and can empathize. |

| “I want to capture on canvas people as
I see them… full of life, experiences, joy, sorrow, baggage,
emotions and colors. I want to capture the interactions and
dynamics of families and strangers. I want you to experience
the joy of others as you remember your good times, and provoke
empathy for others as you identify with their trials.” |
